Service Description

Meet virtually with our providers to discuss concerns, history, and goals. This plan allows for you to set up individual appointments as needed and possibly bill your insurance for the visit. Most insurances are billed "out of network". If you do not have insurance, or do not wish to use your insurance, the fee is $175 for initial visit and $100 for each subsequent visit.
